Klondike Petite® Roasted Rosemary & Garlic Yellow Potatoes


  • 1.5 lbs. Klondike Petite® Yellow Potatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place potatoes in a Ziploc bag. Add oil and garlic. Toss until coated.
  3. Pour onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
