Potatoes Elliot

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed Klondike Rose® Potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Make patties of potato batter and cook patties on both sides until golden brown.
