- 4 cups mashed Klondike Rose® Potatoes
- 1 egg
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Make patties of potato batter and cook patties on both sides until golden brown.
