- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- ½ C. mashed Klondike Rose® Potatoes
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 C. nuts, chopped
- Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Combine sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl. Add mashed potatoes and nuts. Add melted chocolate. Mix well.
- Put in greased 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
