Mashed Potato Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ C. mashed Klondike Rose® Potatoes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 C. nuts, chopped

Preparation Steps

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan. Combine sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl. Add mashed potatoes and nuts. Add melted chocolate. Mix well.
  2. Put in greased 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
