Lyonnaise Potatoes


  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 – 1.5lb. bag Klondike Gourmet® Yellow Skin, Golden Fleshed  Potatoes, cooked and halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Preparation Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat butter over low heat. Add onions and sauté until caramelized (will be a deep golden brown.)
  2. Add cooked potatoes to the caramelized onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve.
