Ingredients
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 C. mashed Klondike Rose® Potatoes
- 1/3 C. cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
- Ground cinnamon
Preparation Steps
- Cream butter and cream cheese. Add potatoes and cocoa powder
- Beat in the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well.
- Mix in coconut.
- Roll into balls. Roll in cinnamon and refrigerate until firm.
