Ingredients
- 4 Klondike Rose® potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tsp. chipotle pepper
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
Preparation Steps
- Quarter the potatoes and cook them until they are fork tender. Drain.
- To make marinade, mix olive oil with all seasonings. Place cooked potatoes in a large Ziploc bag. Pour in marinade. Let potatoes marinade for 1-6 hours or overnight.
- Place the potatoes on skewers and grill about 7 minutes per side, until they are nice a browned.
