1 ready to bake pizza crust
3 Klondike Rose® potatoes, baked, cooled
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 C. sour cream
½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ C. green onions, chopped
2 C. shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare crust on a greased pizza pan.
Cut baked potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Toss potatoes with mixture of butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread sour cream over crust. Top with potatoes, bacon, onions, and cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
